Developed by Reinhard Flatischler in 1970, TaKeTiNa is a method for learning and understanding rhythm. It promotes profound rhythmic body control, the experience of archetypes of rhythm, and enhances rhythmic competence across musical styles. Participants gain a natural rhythmic orientation for improvisation in various rhythms, experience deep relaxation, and foster personality development by applying rhythm patterns to life and group dynamics.
