Now in its 69th edition, the 2023 Sugar Economy handbook provides users with all the relevant data needed for their daily work in the sugar, starch and ethanol industries. The 2023 Sugar Economy handbook includes the familiar tables section, with its tried-and-tested surveys around Europe and the world, with a special focus on Germany and France. We also updated the “EU regulations” and the section covering EU trade agreements with respect to sugar and the requirements by the EU Commission in relation to price reporting. In 2022 we have relaunched our website sugarindustry. info. For 2023 we plan a major expansion of the website. In addition to presenting up-to-date news on the global economy of sugar, starch, sweeteners, and biofuels, the website will provide users with data from the handbook, too.
