The purpose of this book is to describe and explain the law of agency, partnership, and the LLC for the person who is commencing study of those subjects. Because some users of this book may be people who are new to the law, these materials sometimes will contain brief explanations of basic aspects of the law as well. Legal concepts will be presented as clearly and succinctly as possible. The reader will be alerted to conflicts of authority and to ambiguities in rules in order to receive an accurate picture of the law. New forms and variations on established forms have been created at a bewildering pace. They will be discussed in this book.
