This third edition reflects the numerous and, in some areas, profound changes to the law in the last decade. The section on family law covers the new Children's Act and the rights of children (and parents) when families separate. Similarly, the section on the legal system explains the major changes in legal aid procedures including constructive criticism of what is wrong with the legal system.
