This small book is based on exhaustive six decades' field work of the author who has visited remote areas in deep forests, valleys, rural and tribal settlements, urban settlements; has had followed migrant populations and several thousand members in families in connection of his multidisciplinary studies on plants, animals and Humans and to investigate the causes of variations inherent within them. Population studies also included consultations with elderly persons of all sects so as to find out their knowledge and experience of medicinal plants. World over all native populations from time immemorial have depended on traditional medicines. The book also considers the importance of ethics in politics of nations, education system and impact of deleterious governance. Some of the social problems are also discussed with exclusively personal involvements. We have to be more generous, helpful and ethical in every walk of life so that the world remains "livable".
