If you enjoy watching Korean, Taiwanese, Chinese, and Japanese televised multi-episode series and stand alone films, this book will heighten your viewing pleasure by providing detailed commentaries on plot, character, setting, dialogue, acting, and cinematography. Further, Asian televised dramas often include a cultural, social, and Confucian background that native Asian viewers take for granted but western viewers may not. The type of televised episodes reviewed herein ranges from single stand alone films (usually from 90 minutes to two hours) to series that range from 12 to more than 70 episodes of one hour each.
