The Biblical subject of tithing is quite delicate and controversial. However, it leaves no room for any Saint to rebel against its authenticity and virtue. The contemporary Christian is not required to practise tithing by command as it was done under the period of the law. Instead, the faith-filled Christian is obliged to act on his or her faith, to show prudence towards the ordinace of God and be munificent in all acts of faith. Tithing in this period of grace should be practised only with a well balanced spiritual mind. The law is no longer our tutor but faith through grace.
