This book offers comprehensive coverage of all international legal aspects relating to the protection of Europe's biggest minority group, the Roma. It combines a practical approach with in-depth analysis, based on the most up-to-date international documents and more than 160 international and national cases. A unique comparison is made with respect to the similarities of indigenous peoples and the Roma.
