This book is intended as an introduction to the philosophy of science in a wide sense. It is particularly aimed at bachelor and master's students at various levels, who need an overview of the different ways of thinking about, understanding and explaining their target field. The book underlines the fact that science and methodology belong together, but that different methods can be employed across the dividing lines in the philosophy of science.
