It is 1890, Vincent Van Gogh is living out his last days painting intensely and loving obsessively a morphine-addicted 19-year-old photographer called Ursula. By a quirk of fate she finds herself time-tripping to 1990s New York, where she dreams of Van Gogh and the century she has left behind.
