Evzen Sobek has documented life on the banks of a reservoir in the Czech Republic since 2007. In this manmade recreation area, an unusual community of campers and tents has developed, which for many residents has become a second home over decades of holidays, changing the strange, barren landscape. Sobek always maintains his stance as neutral observer who portrays the lakeside community with respect and a great deal of empathy.
