This textbook focuses on developing students' analytical and translation skills in Arabic as well as reading, writing, listening, and speaking, by stematically introducing them to authentic advanced media Arabic texts. It emphasizes the semantic and stylistic aspects of media Arabic rather than its grammar. Organized by topic, it guides students through the vocabulary needed and understanding the language in context, exercises for reading comprehension, writing, translation, and listening, and discussion and debate.
