When Zoey goes missing in the Eye of Africa while seeking her father's killer, Sinclair and his Dagger Team find themselves racing against time. Ignoring orders, Sinclair leads his team into Dakhla, Morocco, determined to save her. With limited information and multiple missions at stake, they uncover that the Chinese plan is nearing completion. As one glide vehicle narrowly misses Washington, DC, hitting Loudoun County, Virginia instead, Sinclair's urgent task becomes preventing the Chinese from using their ground-based laser targeting system to launch the remaining missiles. Facing overwhelming odds and lacking government support, Sinclair plunges into the perilous depths of the Sahara.
