Although a business crime novel the book primarily follows the challenges and conflicts of five women as they try to cope with the difficulties that present themselves over a three week period. For one it is the imminent bancruptcy of her business, for another it is personal bancruptcy. Yet another is frustrated career wise. Another is struggling to get her agency off the ground. And for the final one it is emotional turmoil as she struggles to protect the man she loves and the business she runs. This is set within the backdrop of a very unconventional business, challenging normal business and management strategies.
