On June 27, 1975, a young Venezuelan made headlines by killing four men and committing numerous violent acts, including a grenade attack in a cafe, an assassination attempt on the President of the Zionist Federation of Great Britain, and the kidnapping of OPEC ministers in Vienna. Known as Carlos, or The Jackal, he became the world's most wanted man.
