Auf der Deutschlandfunk-Empfehlungsliste "Die besten 7" Franziska ist vorsichtig und nicht besonders mutig. Sie streichelt keine fremden Hunde und springt nicht über tiefe Gräben. Doch als beim Kindergartenausflug plötzlich alle weg sind, ist sie auf einmal ganz allein im Wald. Statt den Weg zurück findet sie ein Rudel Wölfe. Angst spielt auf einmal keine Rolle mehr für sie, denn die Wölfe wollen unterhalten werden. Also spielt Franziska mit ihnen, kocht für sie Schlammbambersuppe und singt ihnen traurige Lieder zur Nacht. So ist Franziska der beste Spielkamerad, den die Wölfe je hatten. Am nächsten Morgen findet sie auch wieder in den Kindergarten zurück. Und ab sofort traut sie sich allerhand zu!

Franziska is cured of her desire for a brother: she is an only child and would like a sister to combat her boredom, or perhaps a noisy brother? So, she invites three young moose into her bedroom. At first glance, it looks quite funny. However, the three moose cannot really play, let alone draw. Instead of lying on the carpet, they comfortably settle in Franziska's bed. They drink from the toilet bowl and want to munch on popcorn in front of the TV. In short, moose are essentially impossible furniture. Only with a little trick does Franziska manage to coax her three friends back outside. Upon further reflection, she realizes she doesn't need brothers. Suitable for ages 5 and up.
